How to Deal With Food FOMO on Vacation?

Hi, were you able to name your 3 eating principles? My 3: 1) minimize added sugars 2) Prioritize fruit/veg where possible 3) keep portions reasonable.

You might think I have FOMO traveling w these eating principles. But, they are really liberating. Tmrw, we talk how I taste WHATEVER I want, especially in new/exotic places. More tmrw
