Making the Tomato and Avocado Salad
Ingredients
1 cucumber, halved or chopped
1 Avocado, chopped
½ pint grape tomatoes, halved or chopped (or substitute 1 medium sized cucumber chopped)
½ small red onion, small dice
1 to 2 tablespoons of oil (olive)- optional
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Prep
Add chopped avocados, halved grape tomatoes and red onions to a bowl.
Add desired amount of salt and seasonings, mix gently.
Taste, adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve at room temp or chilled, add love and enjoy!
