Making Homemade Oatmeal
Ingredients
¼ cup Steel Cut Traditional Oats
½ cup Plant Based Nut Milk
½ cup Water
1-2 tsp of Coconut Sugar or Agave Nectar
½ tsp of Cinnamon
1/4 cup, Fresh Berries: Strawberries Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, or cCherries
Mixed Nuts and Seeds: Cashews, Almonds, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds
Prep
Heat milk and water in a pot on boil, stir in oats.
Simmer uncovered on low heat close to 25-30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add more milk if creamy consistency is desired. Once cooked, serve garnished with fresh berries, raisins and mixed nuts/seeds.
Serve hot, add love and enjoy!
