Packing in Vegetables

Eating more veggies doesn't mean you miss out on your fave foods. Quick trick: Add 1 big handful of fresh or frozen spinach to your next bowl of pasta.

Microwave the bowl 30 seconds to 1 minute to wilt the fresh leaves or defrost frozen spinach. Suddenly you've got 1 extra serving of veggies, easy peasy ;)
