Getting Real With Our Goals

This week, we took a break from our regularly scheduled programming (the Wellness Reset Course) for some individual wellness trouble-shooting.
In this week’s #PhyteWellWednesday Workshop, we applied our problem-solving frameworks to the main wellness goal each of us is working toward.
It was pretty fascinating to see how easily we were able to break down pre-conceived notions and invisible barriers using this SMMERT Goals framework. (Yes, you read that right. We work toward SMMERT wellness goals not the traditional SMART goals).
